DEAD MANS UKE

We are open to playing all kinds of events and can provide anything from a 20 minute set outdoors to a full evening show of 2 x 45 minutes. We have played at festivals, music venues, pubs and bars, coffee shops, private parties, theatres, art galleries and various weird and wonderful outdoor locations! We are adaptable and happy to work with you and create something to suit your event.

We are based in Sheffield UK but travel all over the UK, Europe and beyond (sometimes way beyond!).

Yes! - We have a few options for sound systems - we use mainly HK Audio PA systems and have a small system that's ideal for smaller venues and also some larger ones for larger venues and theatres, outdoor etc. Our systems are chosen for the way they reproduce acoustic instruments. We can provide PA for the whole event for you or just for ourselves, we have a team of sound engineers we can call on if needed too. Tell us what you need and we'll do our best to help!

We can add the details of the show to our gig listings via Band in Town as well as share on our social media pages/platforms.
We also have an occasional mailing list and can also provide online ticket sale facilities if needed.

Yes we can! We have a range of promotional photos you can use in promoting the show as well as ready made posters etc. We can also create something bespoke for you as well - Jake is an illustrator and Tim is a designer so we're very happy to help!

We will send you a link to a password protected area that has a variety of assets you can download.

We usually play as a duo but have some great musical buddies who help expand the band if needed. We call this Dead Mans Uke Deluxe! - We have our resident Harmonica player - Mel Day, we also have an amazing fiddle and mandolin player called Gina La Faux as well as some drummers, keys and more if needed to make a big band sound.

We do knock out some big sounds with just our uke and bass too...
